What a Roof Survey Involves:
Visual Inspection:
We will examine the exterior of the roof, including tiles, gutters, chimneys, and flashing for signs of damage, leaks, rot, or sagging.
Interior Inspection:
We can also inspect the interior, looking for signs of mold, damp, leaks, and condensation, as well as checking ventilation and insulation.
Loft Inspection:
We can also examine the loft space, if accessible, to assess the roof's structure and any potential issues.
Drone Inspections:
Drone technology can be used for surveys, particularly for steep pitches or areas difficult to reach, providing aerial views.
Detailed Reporting:
We will then provide a comprehensive report outlining our findings, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or maintenance. If requested we can also advise on approximate costs and offer guidance on obtaining appropriate quotations
